Dorinda is a Registered Psychologist working with adults and children above ten years old. Putting care and empathy first in her practise, Dorinda works collaboratively with her clients; exploring alternative ways of thinking, and helping to achieve their goals.
Using techniques and frameworks from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) mindfulness, schema therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dorinda’s practise is personalised to the unique requirements of her clients.
